Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum longevity or choose from various grind sizes including Drip, Espresso, and French Press to suit your brewing method.

What is your return policy on coffee products?

Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?

We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and fluctuating temperatures can compromise the oils and flavor of the beans.
